– Next Meeting – January 19 – Camp Cooking Challenge! – School Hall – 7:00-9:00 PM – EARLY START!

Thanks to everyone for their assistance in taking the parish creche down last Monday night. It only took us about 35 minutes to complete the job!
Monday night is the Camp Cooking Challenge. We have eight Scouts prepping some of their favorite dishes. We will learn some new recipes, get some practice cooking, and get to taste the results. The menu includes one pot lasagna, tomato soup, jambalaya, no-bake cheesecake, egg fried rice, tacos, and omelettes. Bring your appetite!
Please note: The Troop meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 in the School Hall. Chefs should go directly to the parish office building to collect what they need for cooking. Mr. Ramirez will be there to assist you. Everyone else should meet in the School Hall at 7:00.

– Camp Betz Re-Cap

Twelve Scouts and four leaders spent last weekend at Camp Betz in Michigan. It was a fun weekend in one of our favorite cabins with good meals and even some snow on Saturday night. Thanks to our cooks – Jack and Louie.
