– No Regular Troop Meeting on April 6 – Summer Camp Meeting Only – 7:00-8:00 PM – School Hall
The regular Troop meeting on April 6 is cancelled. Although a number of families will be away on Easter Break, we need to hold the summer camp meeting to help get the Scouts prepared for summer camp. If you and your Scout are home next week, please plan to attend the summer camp meeting on the 6th.

– Sag Valley Hike Postponed
It probably wasn’t a good idea to try to put the hike on the day before Easter. Everyone is very busy with the Easter holiday. We will try to reschedule it at a better time.
– Easter Vigil Fire – Saturday, April 4 – 6:45-7:45 PM – Church
We need some Scouts and parents to assist with setting up the Easter Vigil fire in front of church this Saturday evening. Troop alum and Eagle Scout Colin Albanito will be leading the crew to get the fire going that starts the Easter Vigil.
Please wear your black Troop polo shirts for this activity. This counts for service hours.
– Order of the Arrow Election
Congratulations to Jonah, Jimmy, Jack, and James on their election to the Order of the Arrow (OA), Scouting’s National Honor Society. They were eligible for election by virtue of being First Class or a higher rank, camping at least 15 nights over the last two years, and being elected by the members of their Troop. They are now eligible to go on a fellowship weekend to learn about the OA, engage in a community service project, and be inducted into the Order.
